WHAT WE COLLECT

When you use the enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to send: your names, email address, phone number, wedding date, location or venue, and message. We also receive the time of the enquiry and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the form.

WHY WE USE IT

Bass uses enquiry information to reply to you, check date availability, recommend a collection, prepare a quote, communicate about a booking, and keep the business record needed to provide the service. We do not use your enquiry to create a public profile or sell it to another business.

HOW IT IS HANDLED

Enquiries are sent by email and stored in private systems used to manage enquiries, with access controls appropriate to the information held. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it to operate Azayda, respond to you, provide the service, maintain the website or comply with the law.

Hosting, email, analytics and other service providers may process information in Australia or overseas. Ask Bass if you need more detail about a particular provider.

ANALYTICS AND COOKIES

Azayda uses Google Analytics on public pages to understand visits and improve the website. Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies and may receive technical information such as a device, browser, approximate location and pages visited. The enquiry page may also set a short-lived functional cookie and use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect form submission. Turnstile processes limited browser and device signals to distinguish ordinary visitors from automated abuse; it is not used by Azayda for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, provide the service, maintain accurate business records, resolve issues or meet legal and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we aim to securely delete or de-identify it.

YOUR QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, ask us to delete information where we are not required to keep it, or raise a privacy concern. Email [email protected] and include enough detail for Bass to identify the enquiry. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This notice does not remove any privacy or consumer rights that apply under Australian law. The Terms & Conditions of Service explain how photography, delivery and promotional use are handled after booking.
